What we store: your email, your documents, and product events (signups, document creation, document opens) used to operate and improve the service. There are no account passwords: sign-in links replace them.

Document opens: we record a timestamp, referrer, country, and a salted daily-rotating hash of the visitor IP. If the visitor is signed in, we also record their Outprint account identity so authors can see whether someone other than themselves opened a document. We do not store raw visitor IPs, set tracking cookies on live documents, or sell data to anyone.

Processors: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (CDN/DNS), Hetzner (hosting). Payment card data never touches our servers.

Deletion: delete documents any time; deleting your account removes your data within 30 days. Email [email protected].
